The answers to the most frequently asked questions about orders placed with us:

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover online through our secure ordering system. You may also place an order online by using your PAYPAL account. Likewise, you may also choose to pay via money order or personal check by placing an order with us via the mail.

Is it safe to use my credit card online?
Yes. We support up to 128 bit encryption. Using your credit card on our website is as safe as using it in person at a department store, or calling it in over the phone.

I'm really not sure about using my credit card online. Can I call and place an order?
Yes. While you may place on order online 24 hours a day, we are available by phone Monday through Friday from 10am until 5pm EST. We are closed on all major Federal Holidays.

I e-mailed you on Saturday night and received a response immediately. Obviously someone is there, so how come I can't call you on the weekends?
During peak periods, our e-mail is monitored for "easy answer" questions, such as sizes, colors, etc. during non-business hours. Order status information, stock status, and other information requests may require that your inquiry wait to be answered until the office is open. We staff the phone during our regular office hours: Monday through Friday from 10am until 5pm EST. We are closed on all major Federal Holidays.

I tried calling during your office hours, but no one answered. Why?
More than likely someone was assisting another customer on the phone. If you receive our voicemail during regular office hours, you should leave a message. Someone will return your call before the end of the business day, or on the next business day if we were not open the day you called.

How long will it take to receive my order?
It depends on what you order. Most in-stock items are dispatched within 48 hours. Most other items are dispatched within 3-5 business days.

Unless you designate otherwise, we will ship your order when it is complete. This means that the item you order with the longest wait time will dictate how long it will be until your order is dispatched. Allow 5-7 days for ground shipment once your order is dispatched.

If you are on a tight schedule (less than 2 weeks), you might want to e-mail us after you've placed your order and let us know. We can then verify the delivery method needed with you. Be sure to include your order number and the date you need to receive the items.

Likewise, we can often accomodate special requests for expedited shipments (Express Mail, 3-Day Air, 2-Day, Air, Next Day Air). To request this, simply follow the directions given during checkout on how to contact us for an upgrade. Air packages can be costly, so we'll work with you to determine the least expensive method needed to reach you by your need date.

How can I check my order status?
Log into your account, and click on "Order History". You will see a list of all orders you have placed with us in the last six months. Each one will be assisned one of the following status indicators:

  • Pending - Your order has been received by our system and is pending shipment.
  • Reviewed - A member of our staff has reviewed your order AND has found a problem. Typically this will be a problem with the entered payment information. Additional information will be displayed in the "Tracking" Field.
  • Shipped - Your order has been packed and shipped. A tracking number or other information may be available in the status line at this time. Please Note: Due to our new shipping methods, tracking numbers are often delivered by e-mail long before the website receives the update. Please watch the e-mail address you provided for your tracking numbers.
  • Completed - Your order has been closed out by a staff member.
